Set of 2 ARTMARK Japanese Porcelain Siamese Cat Figurines MCM JAPAN

This is a charming set of two vintage Siamese cat figurines, likely from the Mid-Century Modern (MCM) era, specifically dating to the 1950s or 1960s. These pieces are identified as being produced by the company Artmark and feature the characteristic mark of an A and Japan on the base. The Japan mark indicates production after the post-WWII Occupation period ended in 1952. The figurines are made of glazed porcelain or ceramic and exhibit the classic cream body with darker points on the face, ears, tail, and paws. They have distinctive painted bright blue eyes.
