All three layers are made of very soft fabric, with curled threads that give the skirt a lovely fluffy flare ♪
As you use it, the curled threads may come out, so please either cut them or tuck them back in.

We also accept custom orders for size, skirt color changes, and additions/changes to embellishments, so please feel free to inquire.
