Franz Hermle Vintage Franz Hermle German Westminister Cherry Chime Mantle Clock 2115 READ

Tested with new batteries (not included). Can hear ticking but the hands don't move. Guessing it's an easy fix for someone that knows more about clocks. Overall great condition. 15-1/2 long 8-3/4 tall Thanks for looking.
