Mele Vintage Jewelry Box Brown & Orange Two Tier 70s 60s Groovy Storage MCM

This listing is for a Mele brand vintage jewelry box. It has a gold handle on the front, brown exterior with metallic gold details, groovy orange velvety material on the inside drawers, and peachy silky material on the inside top. Inside top has a pocket for holding small jewelry or clips as well as a necklace / bracelet hanger with 8 hooks. 12 small divided sections in top tier for earrings or rings. 3 large divisions in the bottom tier for larger jewelry like clips, boxes, watches, brooches, etc. When you open the top, the top tier automatically slides open! Two tiers for convenient jewelry storage. Would make a beautiful anniversary gift to hold family heirloom jewelry! Condition: the jewelry box is fully functional, opens easily. Some slight discoloration / wear to the material and metallic gold painted details from age. Some wear / marking on the inside fabrics & drawer lining. Overall fully functional and works great! Mele & Co. was founded in 1912 by Emidio Mele who came to America from Italy.
