For reference, during practice sessions without an anchorman, you can tie the end of the rope into a loop, wrap the anchorman pad around your waist, and practice 3-on-3 drills (we used this method to train the lower body even for pullers).

I have been competing for 19 years and have placed 3rd in the All Japan Championships multiple times, but my team disbanded due to the impact of COVID-19.
