Oboe Reed Tube Guercio D12 47mm

This is a copy of the legendary German oboe tube, Klopfer.
The narrow internal bore allows for stable playing with less air. It is particularly excellent for intonation, and the moderate resistance, even with relaxed breath, prevents pitch deviations for each note.
While it can be played with light breath, the brass part has a solid thickness, preventing overly bright sounds with a beer!-like openness.

This is a disassembled used reed.
