Description
Beautiful mid-century RS Regent Sherwood carving and slicing/utility knife set. One has a 8” blade and the other is 10-1/2”. Japan-made, stainless steel full tang blades with walnut or rosewood, 3-rivet handles. Cutting edges are in great condition. Well balanced and beautiful with the exposed tang detailing. Handles have been conditioned with food grade (cutting board) mineral oil. Tip on the 10-1/2” knife has a slight bend. Likely 1960’s or 1970’s. Fantastic mid-century aesthetic. Ships well packed from our smoke-free, Western Massachusetts shop. As-is. Please see photos for condition and details.
