In 1928, under Japanese occupation of Korea, a Japanese boy and a Korean boy meet. Despite their vastly different circumstances, they both love to run and dream of competing in the Olympics. However, the times did not allow for their friendship across nationalities. Through a twist of fate, they end up fighting in three different uniforms: Japanese, Soviet, and German. Why did they choose to survive amidst a 12,000-kilometer battle from Asia to Normandy, even after losing everything? A shocking truth and a moving drama were hidden within.
