This is a legendary item that is made to order and is currently unavailable due to order suspension.
It is a superb mouthpiece that Japan is proud of, with many fans not only in Japan but also among professional musicians overseas.

I myself have been a long-time user of the Okutsu Mouthpiece Traditional II for tenor, size 7.5, and when I was looking for an alto model, I happened to acquire this one in a new-old-stock condition. However, the Traditional Model with an opening of 06 is a bit too resistant for me, so I have decided to pass on this masterpiece to someone who can make good use of it.

I used it with a mouthpiece patch, and as shown in the second photo, there are faint tooth marks. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.

Comes with a drawstring pouch and a plastic case.
Ligature and cap are not included.
