Unlike the new model, the surface has a frosted glass-like finish.

This mouthpiece is characterized by its soft, warm tone and calm resonance that can handle a wide range of dynamics.

[Mouthpiece Condition]
I usually use a Vandoren A27 for classical music, but I didn't feel the opening was too wide and found it easy to play.
I felt its responsiveness, dynamics, and tonal variations were excellent.

As it is a rollover baffle mouthpiece, it has a calm, soft tone as its base, with a slight addition of brilliant contour. Unlike a Meyer, it doesn't have the characteristic quirks in the upper register, making it suitable for both jazz and classical music.

When played with a jazz embouchure, it produces a rich, alluring tone. When played with a classical embouchure, it yields a vintage sound reminiscent of early Mule or Defaye. It's an interesting mouthpiece with a wide expressive range.

[Points of Concern]
No scratches that would interfere with playing were found on the exterior, table, or tip rail.
There should be no issues with sound or performance.
(It seems to have been tested for about 1-2 weeks.)
I believe it qualifies as excellent condition.

There is a shadow-like mark where the upper front teeth would rest, but it is not dented.
Due to the frosted glass-like surface finish, it gives the impression that teeth had lightly touched it.
