Rare OOAK Community Fundraiser Vintage Spiral Bound Cookbook Cooking For Gail Hi, my name is Gail, and I have Cystic Fibrosis, an inherited genetic disease. There are approximately 30,000 people with CF in the United States. CF affects the lungs and digestive system as well as the pancreas. As for me it has deteriorated my lungs to where a transplant is the best option. I was placed on the transplant list on October 1, 1998 at the Fairview University Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 190 pages Local recipes Laminated cover Fair condition. This cookbook has been well-loved & shows many signs of wear. Damage to the cover and the corners of the book. There are some stains throughout the pages, but most remain in very good shape.
