Le Creuset Volvanic Orange #28 Covered Pâté Terrine Mold

Vintage Le Creuset enameled cast iron pâté terrine mold in their iconic Flame (Volcanic Orange) colorway.  Features a long, rectangular shape with ridge-textured side handles and a tightly fitting lid. The lid includes a small steam hole to release pressure during slow cooking.  It is traditionally used to compress and cook classic French pâtés, terrines, and rillettes.  Because of its exceptional heat retention and loaf shape, it also functions perfectly as a baking pan for meatloaf, pound cakes, artisanal breads, or frozen desserts like semifreddo.   There a couple of blemishes as pictured. They do not affect the functionality of the  terrine.
