Wincraft NFL Neck Strap

This item was a gift, but I'm selling it because I don't have the opportunity to use it.
It is unused but has been stored at home for many years.

Please check the photos for the condition.
The logo mark resembles that of the Patriots, but I don't know the details.

Please consider this item if you can use it or are a collector.
