Some items are missing, but most are included. Everything shown in the photos is included.

There are two locations in the house with lights that turn on with a switch: the room used as a bathroom and the room with the study desk. The lights are included with the house accessories, but unfortunately, the lights in these two rooms do not turn on even with batteries inserted. Please understand this. Batteries have been removed.

The separately sold luxurious light does turn on. This light will also be shipped with batteries removed. Please check the photos.

There is discoloration on the house's floorboards and lawn. Please check the photos.

With everything shown in the photos, you should be able to enjoy playing with Sylvanian Families.

The condition of the Chocolate Rabbit family is poor. There is a stain on the forehead of the Chocolate Rabbit. Their clothes are not clean either. The younger brother's pants are very loose. Please refer to the photos.

It is listed as having scratches and dirt, but aside from the poor condition of the dolls, the non-functioning switch lights in the house, and the discoloration on the lawn, I believe the rest is clean.

This is a used item, so please consider it with understanding.
