YAMAHA E♭ Cornet SP
Heavy Type Custom Order Used Item - E♭ instrument only.

This cornet was custom-modified for me by Mr. Saito of the former Global Corporation when I was young. I am the sole owner.
The base model is a YCR-2610S.

Although it is a cornet, I used it to perform Haydn's and Hummel's concertos.
Since then, I have not used it at all, so I am listing it for sale.

《Condition》
- The SP finish has oxidized overall and is so dark it looks like black lacquer.
- The GP buttons and valve caps also show discoloration.
- The valves, slides, Amado water key, and all screws are in good condition.
I tried playing it yesterday, and it played without any issues.
If it weren't for the oxidation and discoloration, it would be a perfectly good instrument.

《Modifications》
- The screw for fixing the leadpipe has been changed to a heavy type.
- The leadpipe has been changed from the standard nickel silver to brass.
This resulted in a softer tone.
- The buttons and caps have been changed to GP heavy type.
Making these parts heavier helps with projection.
- The water key has been changed to the Amado type.
This allows for water drainage from both the crook and the 3rd slide with a single action.
- The finger hook for the right pinky finger has been changed to a ring.
- The adjustable finger hook on the 3rd slide has been changed to a ring (fixed).

《Notes》
- There is no case...
It will be carefully packed with cushioning material and shipped in a cardboard box.
- The parts for D tuning are missing...
Therefore, this item is an E♭ cornet only.
- The original standard parts before the heavy parts were installed are missing...
Therefore, please use it as is.
