A Port-a-Boat in a rare green (olive drab-like) color, no longer available for purchase.
The seat boards, transom reinforcement, and mounting hardware are all custom-made. The outboard motor has been positioned as far back as possible, and the use of aluminum square bars and plywood has resulted in a lighter yet significantly stronger construction than the original. However, after several years of use, the plywood has become fuzzy.
The boat has been reinforced with hand-tightened components to allow for cartop loading in its assembled state.
The transom has been replaced with PP (polypropylene).
It has been used 4 times since the replacement.
While there were no water leaks from the replaced section, please be aware that some minor seepage is inherent to the Port-a-Boat's design. On this particular boat, there is only a very slight seepage from areas other than the replaced transom, to the extent that it doesn't require bailing out even after 8 hours of fishing. Dimensions are scribbled on the replaced transom as a reminder.
This is a 2-horsepower exclusive boat without registration. It's surprisingly fast; with a DF2 and fishing gear, it can reach 11 km/h with one person and just under 10 km/h with two.
The transom reinforcement board is quite worn and would benefit from being remade.
If you have a Suzuki DF2 with a transom height adjusted to S, it can be used as is.
A DIY dolly base (not expertly made) is included. You can attach tires using 30mm square pipes to create your own dolly.
Accessories include oars modified from general-purpose ones, resin oar clutches, straps for folding and storage, two spare custom mounting brackets, an assembly rod, and a custom bow cover, all considered bonus items.
There is sand residue from beach launches, rust on the added stainless steel fittings, scratches on the hull, dirt, white silicone residue, and holes where the original side floats (rubber rods) were attached, which have been sealed with bolts and rubber gaskets (see image 15).
The boat has not been unfolded since June 2024. A final inspection will be conducted before pickup, and the sale may be canceled based on the results.
Given the above, this item is being sold as-is (junk).

Pickup only, no shipping. Location: Suzaka City, Nagano Prefecture, at a location specified by the seller. Viewings are limited to one occasion.
Pickup must be arranged according to the seller's availability. Unannounced visits will result in cancellation of the sale, regardless of the reason.
Available pickup times are weekdays between 6 PM and 8 PM, or during daytime hours on Saturdays and Sundays when the seller is not fishing.
