Lovely embossed floral postcard reading Greetings from Oregon, Ill. in magenta glitter script.  Features a wheelbarrow overflowing with lily of the valley blossoms and bright green foliage.  Reverse bears handwritten note dated Jan 14, 1910, reading in part: Hello Mabel, how are you feeling tonight? Fine I hope. Well, Mabel, I got home all right last night but I certainly had quite a time getting through the snow… …Please excuse this poor writing. Bye Bye. — Wm. M.  Printed in Germany, known for superior embossing and color lithography in this period.
