Up for sale is a stunning, authentic piece of Canadian studio glass history. Hand-blown in 1974 by the late, celebrated Métis artist Michael Robinson at his Two Rivers Studio. Design Details: This pocket or bud-style vase features an organic, fluid, asymmetrical shape mimicking natural river stones or water flow. The heavy, thick glass swirls with gorgeous tones of teal, deep ocean blue, and a dark charcoal base. It features classic bullicante-style controlled air bubbles trapped beautifully within the glass walls. The top features a small, clear flared rim opening. Signature & Date: Hand-signed and etched on the flat, polished bottom base: Two Rivers 74 Dimensions: Length: ~6 x Height: ~3 Condition: Excellent vintage condition.
