Description
This 1973 United States Postal Service Souvenir Mint Set Mini Album is brand new. The 8 cent stamps are still in the original cellophane packaging. I have two sets for purchase at the time of listing. Please keep in mind that this item has had a previous life and may tell its story through minor imperfections. Your purchase makes a lasting impact on our planet! We ship Monday - Friday and do not typically ship over the weekend. These items come from a smoke free / pet free home. For the items that are pre-owned, I will do my best to describe the wear. It is likely there is cosmetic wear throughout the item. Or that the item is used, but not abused. There may be a slight color difference in my photos compared to the actual item.
