Their landmark 1926 building at 901 Nicollet Avenue still stands today as a preserved piece of Minneapolis architectural history. Although the business was sold to Rothschild’s in 1949, the Young & Quinlan name and packaging continued to be used for years afterward, making these boxes wonderful examples of mid‑century department store advertising and design.
