I used a single-layer abdominal binder immediately after my C-section, but used this support belt afterwards.
It was very useful because it's difficult to wrap a single-layer binder yourself (especially after surgery).
I used two for washing and only during my hospital stay, so each has only been used 2-3 times. However, each has a small stain (see photos 4 and 5), so I am selling them at a lower price.
