For reference I have a 32 inch waist and it fits me perfectly. Length of skirt when measured from the front middle to the hem is 22 inches. There really is not a front or a back so you can turn the skirt according to what design you want to be in front! Tagged ladies size small. Fabric content is not sewn in (I purchased an art festival in Oregon) but it feels like all SOFT cotton to me. SO versatile with boots, sandals, tennies, or heels on bottom.
