Antique Tsumugi-style Haori (Long) - Vintage Fabric - Remake

This item has a very simple and gentle texture.
An elderly person told me they believe it's tsumugi (pongee).
As shown in image 12, there is a hole in the lining, but it doesn't affect the front.
Overall, it appears black, but the horizontal stripes are brown and appear more brown depending on the light.
