■ Operation and Condition (Please read carefully)
• Keihin-Tohoku Line: Operation confirmed. Runs without any problems.
• Yamanote Line: There are inconsistencies in operation, such as difficulty starting when the switch is turned on or stopping midway. Please consider this a 訳あり品 (item with defects) for those who can perform maintenance or for display purposes.
• Exterior Condition: As this is a used item that has been played with, there are signs of use such as scuffs and small scratches. (Please check the condition in the photos)
