Pink and Ivory Ethnic Anarkali Set with Blue-Green Trim, Size 7 Years

There is no known designer, and it was handmade. The size on the garment is 28. What I've learned is that the number 28 represents the total garment length in inches (usually measured from the shoulder to the knee/hem). In US sizes, this is for a child that is 7 or 8 years old.  So on the listing, I placed in it the 7 youth girls.  But it would also fit a size 8.
