Long Haori, Unlined, Black, One Crest, Shoulder Slip Included, Guarded, Pure Silk
This is a single-layer nagahbaori (long haori jacket) tailored from a bolt of pure silk, black, with a single family crest.
A Gosan-no-kiri (Paulownia crest) is embroidered on the back.
*The Gosan-no-kiri is so widely recognized as a symbol of family crests that it is most commonly used as a tsumon (a crest used on formal kimono).
I have limited knowledge of family crests, so I would appreciate it if you could refrain from asking further questions about them ^^;
With the current warming climate, a single-layer haori is a very practical garment.
A kata-suberi (shoulder lining) has been added.
This is a finished, ready-to-wear item.
Length from shoulder: 100cm (2 shaku 6 sun 4 bu)
Sleeve length: 47.5cm (1 shaku 2 sun 5 bu)
Yuki (length from center back to cuff): 69cm (1 shaku 8 sun 2 bu)
Shoulder width: 34cm (9 sun)
Sleeve width: 35cm (9 sun 2 bu)
This haori will fit perfectly for those with kimono measurements of sleeve length 49cm and yuki around 67-68.5cm.
*Please note that we do not accept alterations.
*Regarding the haori himo (cord)*
A haori himo made with natural stones is included as a gift for those who purchase a haori.
While I craft them with care and dedication, they are amateur hobby creations, so please consider them as a bonus.
*Repeat customers who have purchased kimono from us will receive a 5% discount. Please let us know in the comments.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding price negotiations. m(_ _)m
