VTG 1940-50 Satin Taffeta Bedspread Jade Green Full or Twin Quilted Regency Glam

This is the perfect bedspread for someone who wants to create a classic 1940s-MCM bedroom. Look at any magazine layout or advertisement during the 1940s and 1950s and you will see this style of bedspread being used. (Would also work with 1970-80s decor as it is close to the jade/sage green that was popular then.) A flat machine-quilted top with piping to outline a twin or full mattress. Deep drop replaces the need for a dust ruffle. Long enough for you to cover your pillows if you wish. Done in a beautiful soft jade green satin taffeta for a subtle shine and crisp feel. Last photo is closest to the actual color. Your bed always will look freshly made and beautifully appointed with this lovely vintage piece. Can fit a full or twin size. Piping on top can outline either size. See measurements below: Full size top. 53 wide; 21 drop Twin size top. 42 wide; 25.5; drop Length 84 quilted fabric + 21 drop Excellent vintage condition with only two small pale spots (see photos).
