Vintage Fine Arts Bag black beaded evening purse with a gold-tone metal frame and kiss-lock closure. Gorgeous scalloped/Art Deco-inspired beadwork using bugle beads and seed beads, plus a beaded fringe detail along the bottom edge. Comes with a gold-tone chain strap—perfect for formal events, weddings, and cocktail looks.  Flaw Note: There is a small area of missing beads (shown clearly in the photo where the pen points). This does not affect the closure/structure and the bag still presents really well.  Condition  Pre-owned vintage condition. Beaded exterior is beautiful overall with some missing beads in one area (see photo with pen pointing to it). Light wear to the gold-tone frame consistent with age. Interior satin lining is clean with normal vintage wear
