signed vintage 3.5" round circular etched pottery vase flower design

Up for sale: vintage vase brand - is signed on the bottom but I can't read the signature theme - flowers, floral material - art pottery shape - circular, round color - brown with black size - measure approx. 3-1/2 tall features - etched, small stone/bead of some kind in the center of the flower Condition: Good condition. No chips or cracks. There is a signature on the bottom but I am unable to read it (see picture). There is also a white marking on the bottom and it looks like part of tag that has not been removed (probably the original price tag). It looks like there is some minor wear around the top hole in the vase (see picture) See pictures. Please contact me with any questions you may have. I will do my best to answer them in a timely manner.
