Rare Find Vintage emerald green cut-to-clear crystal vase

This is an emerald green cut-to-clear crystal vase, likely a vintage Bohemian or Czech piece.  It features a striking emerald green overlay that has been cut away to reveal the clear crystal base in a geometric pattern.  The vase has a flared, scalloped rim and a clear, footed base with a starburst or sunburst pattern.  Items like this are often hand-blown and hand-cut, a traditional craft in regions like Bohemia.
