Warner Bros. Scooby-Doo Porcelain Anniversary Clock Glass‎ Domed Doesn't Spin Clock Works

The clock works as it should! The crystals on the bottom do not spin unless they are moved. It looks like there's a little tiny plastic piece on the inside. That's no longer connected to allow for the bottom piece to spin. I think it probably could be repaired however I'm not a professional. Selling as is. Please see photos for exact condition details.
