These vintage Red Wing 4003 chukkas show character with moderate creasing and light scuffing on the premium leather uppers. Soles have plenty of life left with some typical heel and forefoot wear.  Upper Leather Condition: General Condition: The brown full-grain leather uppers show normal signs of use, including light scuffing and surface scratches typical for vintage or used boots. Creasing: There is moderate creasing at the vamp (where the foot flexes) and around the ankle/shaft. Patina: The leather has developed a nice, aged appearance, which many buyers of vintage Red Wings find desirable  Interior and Hardware Condition:  Insoles: Have been replaced as seen in pictures. Good condition with little wear. Laces: The contrast yellow laces show some minor fraying or discoloration but remain fully functional.
