Each recipe has the food exchanges (i.e., starch, lean meat, fat, etc.) as well as the calories, total fat, cholesterol, and so on. Copyright 2001. There is one page that I made a note on and slight stains (probably from coffee) on the edge at the back of the book (see pics). For the 3 for $22 price, please put into a bundle with at least 2 other items marked 3/$22. $7 for each additional item marked 3/$22 after the initial 3. Book bundles are limited to the 5 pound shipping limit.
