Bing & Grøndahl Copenhagen Seagull gold rim square serving dish or plate, also known as a triangular cake plate. Key features: Design: Created by artist Fanny Garde in 1894, the design features hand-painted seagulls and an embossed border resembling fish scales. Color: The plate has a white-grey that fades into an oceanic blue ombré at the base. Accents: The rim of the plate and the details on the seagulls (wings, beak, eyes, feet) are accented with gold.
