Sanrio Hello Kitty Side Stepper Skeleton Plush RARE - Small Mark On Top Of Head *Flawed

Adorable HTF Hello Kitty plush that walks side to side while playing a spooky tune. Please note one of the photos displaying a small flaw - a small untreated stain on the top of her head. It looks to be blue. I have not tried to remove and am unsure what it is. This is completely NWT - just came like this. Please let me know if you have any questions, thank you so much for looking!
