Elastication at back of waistband (see closeup pic 6), pleats and attached tie belt at front, and side-seam pockets at both hips (see closeup pic 5). Fabric has nice weight, not cheap or flimsy at all, also has great stretch with 2% Spandex. Adorable black and tan/khaki check pattern (see pic 3 for best color).
