For those who want to organize their Japanese New Year: Domestic Cypress Sanpo (8 inches)
13.20 $
Description
This was used for Kagami Mochi during New Year's. It has been stored on a sideboard for over 15 years without use. There is a crack of about 2 cm on the underside of the base due to age. The central part where the mochi is placed also has some darkened areas, but only items like the traditional white fern (urajiro) for Kagami Mochi were placed there.
The size is 8 sun (approximately 24 cm square) with a base height of about 15 cm.
We hope that those who understand that this is a used item and wish to obtain an authentic piece at a slightly lower price to enjoy a formal New Year's will consider it.
