This is a Kinrin Zuicho Mirror commemorating the 350th anniversary of the passing of Tokugawa Iemitsu at Nikkozan Rinnoji Temple.
The dragon appears in seven colors depending on the angle of the light, as shown in the photos.
There are some minor scuffs in places and some peeling of the felt on the bottom (last photo), but overall it is in good condition.
