Description
【Please Read Carefully】
*This item is for 2 books.

*This product is the bag only.

*Woven fabrics are three-dimensional structures where warp and weft threads overlap to create patterns. The appearance and color of the pattern may vary depending on the type, amount, angle, and position of light. We photograph to convey these characteristics, but please understand that there may be slight color variations.

*Minor adjustments may be made during production depending on the cutting location and pattern placement. The finished size and pattern placement may differ from the display or photos.

*The product has been inspected. While the fabric used is not a repurposed item, there may be occasional thread loops or minor weaving imperfections inherent to woven fabrics. These are characteristics of the weaving process and should be understood as part of the texture.

*Please refrain from washing, including dry cleaning.
This may cause shrinkage, loss of shape, color fading, stains, or peeling of the processing agents.

*The storage example uses a Goshuincho (temple/shrine stamp book) with a thickness of approximately 2cm. The number of books that can be stored may vary depending on their thickness.

【Features】
To maximize the beauty of the fabric, the sewing thread is completely hidden. We also focus on the wonderful Japanese tradition of wrapping.

The outer Hakama fabric features a base of navy and white with subtle, beautiful accents of thin silver. Vertical stripes have long been considered a symbol of chic and sophistication. Stripes used in Hakama and kimonos, in particular, carry positive meanings such as growth, improvement, and success, stemming from their straight lines. The unbroken lines are also interpreted as continuing connections and smooth progress, making them auspicious patterns.

The lining uses a lustrous and vibrantly colored Obi fabric. A vivid green unfolds the moment it is opened, creating an impression through contrast with the quiet exterior. The grid-like pattern creates depth and texture, subtly changing with the light. The combination of traditional Kiryu Hakama and Obi fabric results in a simple yet modern piece that blends dignity with a playful spirit.
