We photograph to convey these characteristics, but please allow for slight color variations.
Minor adjustments may be made during production depending on the cutting location and pattern placement. The finished size and pattern placement may differ from the display or photos.

Outer fabric
The traditional design, featuring a imperial carriage motif (gosho-guruma) combined with seasonal flowers, is eye-catching. The imperial carriage originates from the vehicles of Heian period nobles and has been positioned as a pattern symbolizing nobility, prosperity, and cultural maturity. By arranging peonies, chrysanthemums, and floral patterns, it expresses the cycle of the seasons and the richness of life.
The color scheme, while based on gold threads, uses pale pink and green as accent colors, preventing excessive gaudiness and creating a harmonious and dignified aesthetic. In terms of weave structure, a meticulous composition is evident, clearly defining the outlines of the patterns, and the reflection of light creates a sense of three-dimensionality and depth. This results in a design that is static yet contains visual movement.
Lining
A woven pattern of wisteria flowers on a gold brocade base with a wisteria color, featuring floral motifs. Wisteria color has symbolized nobility and elegance since ancient times, and is particularly recognized in Japanese culture as a color representing grace and serenity. The pattern has a fine continuity, spreading uniformly across the entire surface, creating a sense of visual stability and quiet expansion. The subtle changes in shading due to the weave, which transform with the angle of light, are a characteristic feature, giving it a rich expression.
