This is the IS-500SKR facial steamer from YA-MAN, a popular Japanese beauty brand.
It's a simple model, but I believe it originally cost around 20,000 yen. How about trying it out?

[Condition]
It has been used only a few times and has mostly been stored on a shelf. The main unit appears to have few scratches, but the mirror is broken. This does not affect its use.
I have confirmed that it powers on, but I have not confirmed if it produces steam. If you don't mind a little residual water, I can fill it with water and test it before shipping after purchase.
