[Hiroyuki Sauna]
A Nora Sauna enthusiast. Director of the specialized magazine Tero Sauna. Known as a rare sauna punk, he is respected by all sauna lovers. Based on the philosophy that any place can be a sauna depending on your mindset, not just dedicated facilities, he finds locations that meet the conditions for a sauna outside of official facilities and performs Nora Sauna, continuously pioneering new forms of sauna as a missionary.

From Hiroyuki Sauna:
--Today, you enjoyed Nora Sauna in various situations. You used the FREAK'S STORE's show window and fitting room. How was it?
Inside the show window, it's narrow like being with mannequins, and there are lights and no air conditioning, so it's suitable for a sauna. When the sun hits it, it gets incredibly hot. I've already experienced all kinds of regular saunas, so I'm not interested in them at all anymore. Therefore, the cold stares from passersby, the 'What is that guy doing?' looks, and the combination of direct sunlight and electricity felt just right.

--As an amateur, I would think a fitting room, which doesn't get sunlight, wouldn't be suitable for Nora Sauna. What do you think?
Well, the position of the store staff is also important. If you think about whether they are waiting outside for me to come out after changing, you naturally start to sweat gradually. In everyday life, you sometimes sweat when something unpleasant happens, right? That's just a sauna. It's a real shame not to realize that.

--Is that sweat the same as sauna sweat?
When you sweat from anxiety, people say 'I'm breaking out in a cold sweat,' but there's no such thing as 'unpleasant sweat'; sweat is just sweat. It's like you're voluntarily going to a sauna. Even if you think, 'Ah, this is a terrible world,' that means you've reached a state of 'complete relaxation' (整った - tottotta). I call it 'tidied up' (片付く - katazuku).
