Nissen Co., Ltd. launched its hooded sports towel in the nissen, Summer 2009 catalog and on the Nissen Online Shop starting at the end of May.

Nissen's product planners noticed that many people wrap towels around their necks and heads for sun protection and sweat absorption during outdoor activities like walking, gardening, watching sports, and attending live concerts during the hot summer months. Taking inspiration from these usage methods, they developed the hooded sports towel.

This sports towel is 1.5 times the length of a face towel, measuring 120cm. It features a hood made of the same towel material attached to the center side. By combining these two features, it helps to alleviate sun exposure on the head and, particularly for women, sunburn on the neck, while also allowing for sweat absorption. This single item conveniently fulfills both sun protection and sweat absorption needs, making it a highly useful product.
