This is the TOTEM tension rod cat tree. It comes with anti-slip mats already attached and a clear bowl.

I purchased it last year, but my cat doesn't climb it much, so I'm selling it. The height and shelf positions can be changed, making it easy to arrange in various ways to suit your room. The wooden dowel fixing points have been replaced with metal spacers, and anti-slip material has been applied to the bottom for increased safety.

As shown in photos 7 and 12, there is some peeling of the wood grain print in areas not visible from the outside. This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details. Below is the specification information from the purchase page.
