This is an air-driven micro air grinder.
It is lightweight, high-speed (up to 60,000 RPM), and can be used for extended periods under heavy loads and harsh conditions.

The actual item is shown in photos 2 and 3.
While the listing states it is new, the main unit is brand new and has never had air passed through it. However, the box shows signs of use. The photos show everything included, so please be sure to check them carefully. (Photos can be enlarged)
The rubber grip is not included (it appears to be available online for around 750 yen).
