Review quoted below:
The S size seems to be for small cats up to 2kg. While it has elasticity, the overall construction is small.

Cat body types vary greatly, so unless it's custom-made, it's impossible to achieve a perfect fit.
This product is designed for approximate sizing, so some cats may find it too small or too large.
For reference, my cat weighs 2.8kg, and I ordered this S size thinking it would be better to have it slightly loose than to have it come off.

When I actually put it on, it's made of a stretchy material like T-shirt fabric, so it fits.
However, because it's constantly stretched, it has elasticity, and it seemed tight, possibly putting a strain on its back and shoulders.
Although it says it has elasticity, it's only slightly elastic as it's fixed at the seams.
After using it for about 4 days, it was still too small, so I switched to a larger size.

Functionally, it's perfect as a post-surgery suit that owners are looking for, so I would recommend it if the size fits.
In particular, it has a lock to prevent the neck from slipping off the shoulders, so it stays in place without shifting while worn.
The back is designed to hook around the legs, but it doesn't interfere with the hindquarters, so it seemed like they could use the litter box cleanly.
