This is a 5kg box of reason-for-discount raw garlic (M/L size) grown without pesticides in Kagawa Prefecture.

Raw garlic, as the name suggests, is freshly harvested garlic.
As time passes, the outer skin turns reddish due to anthocyanin discoloration, but the inside remains white and the taste is unchanged.
It has a strong aroma and is particularly delicious when grilled or eaten raw with seared bonito, or when foil-baked in a toaster with plenty of sesame oil. However, the harvest season is only until the end of May, making it rare.
