[Product Description]
Morning Rooster Cup
This is a wonderful cup with a nostalgic and cheerful design featuring a whimsical rooster pattern and bright primary colors, as if it jumped out of an old picture book. The pattern around the rooster's eyes is also a fun detail, with a gold-painted flower mark.

Lomonosov (Imperial) Porcelain
Imperial Porcelain (formerly Lomonosov), established in 1744 by order of the Russian Tsarist dynasty, is a long-established, top-tier Russian brand that began as a purveyor to the Russian Imperial family.
It is the official brand for Russian state banquets.
It has been periodically featured in high-end department stores such as Mitsukoshi in Nihonbashi and Isetan in Shinjuku.
It has also been exhibited at Lupicia and sold at TWG Tea shops.
It is still available at Mariage Frères in Paris and Ginza stores.

*However, due to the many handmade processes and perhaps the nature of the country, Lomonosov items tend to have more imperfections compared to Japanese brand cups. Please assume that minor scuffs on the gold trim and painting errors are present in all pieces.
The gold trim is equivalent to 22-karat gold, giving it a beautiful hue, but it is soft and thin.
These imperfections are the same even when purchased at high-end stores in Ginza.
These imperfections are the same whether purchased at Russian department stores or high-end Japanese stores.
Similar to Royal Copenhagen's high-end lines, they use upside-down firing (firing the pieces upside down), which gives the rim of the cup a smooth, unique texture.
