We will deliver freshly harvested new onions.
Each onion is a medium size, weighing around 180 grams, making it easy to handle.

These versatile ingredients can be used in various dishes such as simmered dishes, stir-fries, deep-fried dishes, soups, and curries, and are convenient for Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine. Slowly sautéing them brings out their unique sweetness and enhances their flavor.

When thinly sliced, they can also be used raw in salads and sandwiches. If they are too pungent, soaking the slices in water can slightly reduce the spiciness. However, be careful not to soak them for too long, as this can cause the nutritional components of the onions to leach out.

Also, cutting onions can stimulate the tear glands and cause tears. However, cutting them after chilling them thoroughly in the refrigerator can reduce the irritation.
