RINN Otani Ware Food Bowl / Water Bowl Set of 2
22.97 $
Description
Selling a set of RINN food and water bowls. These are very charming vessels made from Otani ware pottery.
They have been used for about 5 years, so both have dark stains inside, like discoloration.
There is a sense of use, but personally, I think the Otani ware has developed a wonderful patina and looks lovely.
In the photo showing both bowls side-by-side, the deeper one on the right is the water bowl, and the shallower one on the left is the food bowl.

*The water bowl appears to be sold under the product name IZUMI.
*The food bowl seems to no longer be available for sale.
I believe the purchase price was around 6,000 to 7,000 yen per item. I recall paying over 12,000 yen for the set.
